Did you have your own thought on it? While I think 'entitlement' due to this and that etc. may play a very small role, I think that as a generation groomed to work in precisely those fields from such a very young age, for the most part they ARE entitled to be treated better. The angry people are the ones who have been there for thirty years, sure, and it took them that long to get the same level of expertise.
